93 year-oldest marathon runner Fauja Singh completed this year’s London Marathon in less than six hours. Last year year he took part in London, New York and Toronto Marathons and for every race he practices for at least four months, run ning a minimum of 7 to 10 miles a day. He says running first 20 miles is easy, but last six miles he completes while talking to his Gods. While running he also raises thousands of Pounds for various charities. The secret of his extraordinary energy is light and digestive food and positive thoughts. In an inspiring interview Fauja Singh advises the elderly people to keep moving.
